Normal Skin Peach

Ingredients: 1 med peach, 1 tablespoon honey, Oatmeal

Directions: Cook peach until soft. Mash , add honey and oatmeal

Until thick. Allow ingredients to cool. Apply to skin. Let sit 10 minutes. Rinse with cool water.

DO NOT USE IF ALLERGIC TO ANY OF THESE INGREDIENTS.

Dry  Skin  Banana

Ingredients:1 small banana, 1 tablespoon honey, Oatmeal

Directions: Do not cook banana. Mash , add honey and oatmeal until thick. Apply to skin. Let sit 10 minutes. Rinse with cool water.

Oily Skin Apple/Pear

Ingredients:1 small to med apple or pear, 3 tbsp honey

Directions: Core apple or pear. Grate or puree’ apple or pear until

mashed and add honey. Apply to skin let sit 10 min. Rinse off with cool water.

An old favorite for the eyes

Ingredients: 1cucumber

   

Directions:
Cut cucumber into half inch slices. Place 1 slice cucumber on each eye for about 10 to 20 minutes. Relieves puffy, sore eyes.
